note:  the form fader control only works on windows 2000 machines.  it may work under windows me as well, however, i do not know anybody who uses it so i could not test.  if you do put it into a project that is to be installed on a non win2k machine, it will not error out, just not do anything.  but...if they ever upgrade later on down the road, it would be a pleasant surprise when their old application that they have gotten used to starts to fade.
